Ive been having this issue going on for about 4 days now, Its like a forever loop of the loading screen. I was told its normal but I had is going for 6+ hours and its still doing the same looping. I can play reg Rd2 fine with no issues.
-Firewall is Off
Redm Is the lastest Version
Uninstalled rd2 and reinstalled it
Steam was open
Rockstar Launcher is open
Nothing is admin
Discord is open
Im not sure what other steps to take to get this thing working.
