Flickering Players and Cars

What is the issue you’re having?

When entering areas with many players and vehicles, player and vehicle models start to flicker rapidly. The framerate also drops, even though system utilization stays consistent.
The issue persists across FiveM builds and after a full clean reinstall. It happens both with and without graphics mods (NVE).

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Tested with and without NaturalVision Evolved (NVE)

Tried different graphical settings (low–ultra)

Tested with and without VPN

Tried different BIOS versions and settings (EXPO/XMP on/off)

Tested all FiveM builds (Stable, Beta, Canary)

Drivers fully updated (GPU, chipset, BIOS, Windows)

Deleted FiveM cache multiple times

Reinstalled FiveM multiple times (clean install)

Monitored CPU, GPU, RAM, VRAM usage → all remain stable when issue occurs

Tried different power plans and NVIDIA Control Panel settings

Anisotropic Filtering: 16x

Power Management: Prefer Maximum Performance

Max FPS: 120

Low Latency Mode: On

Threaded Optimization: On
