[Fix] This is a fix for FAXES modern scoreboard

Hello I am Astra and I have come to your aid. Since FiveM is always updating the fax-scorebord became out of date with the new default scoreboard system. All user began to see that there player list would not appear on the scoreboard. I have updated it to now appear. It works just like the old scoreboard so change everything will be the same.
