When new player join the sever they cannot see the addon car in game,only the player go to vehicleshop to loading the mod after and they will see,can I let the new player download the mod(addon car) when they join in the server.
No. The point of streaming the cars is so that it will only get loaded into memory when the game needs it. You could technically force spawn the vehicle when the player joins but thats probably not wanted
