FiveReborn Crash on startup

Hey guys,
I need some help with my FiveReborn.

First of all: I REINSTALLED RESHADE AND IT DIDNT’T HELP :frowning:

When i start the FiveReborn.exe the gta launcher starts and after a few seconds there comes a error with Visual C++ and so on… (https://s14.postimg.org/php0pt1rl/Fehlerpng.png) and it crashes! :confused:

I already tried to reinstall it and i unblocked it in the firewall system and so on… PLEASE help me, i have no idea what i should do… I want to play it too with my friends :frowning:
