Fivereborn constantly freezing

uh im new to fivereborn and i have several issues which i dont know how to fix they are as follows;

  1. Constant freezing
  2. looks really bad graphically even though using very similar settings as to on normal gta
  3. GPU is only running at 135MHz rather than 1.1GHz that it should be running at
    4.Phone does not work

if anyone could highlight why im having these issues please let me know

N/A due to the fact i deleted fivereborn as it doesnt look like anything ive seen from zack housernechkt on youtube when he uses.
