FiveReborn Client gives Error 6 on starting up without internet. Help!

I cant start the FiveReborn client in offline mode. I get a Error 6 when I remove my internet and try to start FiveReborn. Please help me. I want to host a server and play offline LAN with my friends.

Did you download the full client before ?
Did you add a FiveReborn.exe.dev ?
