System specifications 16GB of RAM, Intel i5-4690K @3.5 GHz processor
What did you do to get this issue? Changed x64e.rpf. FiveM crashed so I replaced it with the default file I kept, but it still didn’t work
What server did you get this issue on? N/A, crashed on startup

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Windows 10 Anti-Virus, Malware-bytes
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
-Reinstalling the file (x64e.rpf)
-Verify game integrity via Steam
-Clearing FiveM cache.xml
