open you FiveM Applicatio Data folder, Delete the folder labled Cache

Try changing Compatability mode of fivem.exe from windows 8 to 7. Worked for me

mines just started to work
Deinstall or delete the completly folder. Install the client new.
Maybe use from gta 5 mods the cache cleaner and run it again 
It works.
