Yes, I have deleted my fivem folder entirely but it still wont launch

You can try download, .net framwork 4.5 or newer, visual studio x64 & x86 and download latest graphic driver

The first two errors are probably due to not have write permissions in the folder you installed FiveM in. So check the folder permissions (Right click → Properties).

The third one is most likely because you didn’t disable your antivirus.
