FiveM won't reinstall after I deleted it

What did you do to get this issue? reinstall FIveM
What server did you get this issue on? NOT an option
CitizenFX.log file NOT an option

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?: Yes I did.

My problem: One day I came back home, ran FiveM as always and it gave me an error and I couldn’t get around it, so I decided to reinstall FiveM, that didn’t work so I decided to reinstall GTAV that didn’t work, so now I get an error when I execute FiveM for the first time and it creates a data folder and crashes, the data folder is completely empty.

Also add what you already tried so far.
I have tried to:
Reinstall FiveM
Reinstall GTA V
Get a Friends Data folder, (didn’t work)
Disable Antivirus/ made FiveM trusted

Why is this not an option? What was the error message you received which prevented FiveM from loading originally (before re-install that is causing your current problem)?

Just as you sent that message I fixed it,
It was the Nvidia drivers, they weren’t updated, looks like.
