FiveM Won't open

What is the issue you’re having?

gtav legacy on steam can find the launcher and everything associated with itj ust fine, but for some reason fivem is having problems with finding them or they just wont open, I’ve tried restarting my PC, reinstalling both Fivem, the launcher, and GTAV Legacy multiple times, and nothing, GTAV Legacy can open and run just fine in steam, its fivem thats having an issue

Issue happens right away when I go to click on the Fivem Button in the taskbar and get it to startup, it can get past validating rockstar account then gets stuck /crashes on the Waiting on the rockstar launcher Loading Screen

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Reinstalled FiveM, the GTAV Launcher, GTAV Legacy, and Restarted PC Multiple Times

What server did you get this issue on?

None, Was playing on Paradise State RP about a month ago, haven’t opened fiveM since as I have been busy playing other games
