Fivem wont open, i try to load onto a sever, and it crashes

Legit or Pirate copy: legal
Purchased where - Steam/Rockstar Launcher/Epic: steam
Windows version: 20H2
Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? no… but i dont have a cache
System specifications: 2070 super, ryzen 7 3800x 16gb ram
CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash): it wouldnt give me a option for that, it would just fully close
logs/CitizenFX_log files:

What is the issue you’re having? I cant load into any sever, i click on my most recent server, right as it’s about to load it crashes, if i click my “favorites” list it crashes too.

delete my cache but i dont even have a folder for that, restart fivem, restart pc
