Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling fivem and uninstalling gta 5 and reinstalling. I restarted my pc and still nothing. I honestly didn’t try alot it just seemed like a lost cause. Also I did have FiveM installed once before and it worked fine but then I uninstalled it, and now it doesn’t work. I have been able to open this twice they both crashed both times. The first time it said “Can not load citizen game.dll” and the other “*R launcher.exe error” or something like I forgot. I’ve tried downloading the Visual C++ Redistributable .for visual studio 2015 and it gives me this error that says “Can not download with a newer version of Visual C++”

Well if the last wasn’t bumped up I wasn’t get a reply so in order for the topic to get any attention now I need to repost it. Sorry but I would like to get some help with this, because I would really like to play GTA RP.

you have also given no information that can help us help you… what exactly is happening when you say 'fivem wont launch?".

Alright I tried turning off my virus protection. I did get it to open 2 times, but when it did the first time it said “can not find citizen game.dll” and the other time was “*R Launcher.exe error” or something like that I forgot what it was exactly.and I’ll fill out the rest.
