Important parts
What is the issue you’re having?
FiveM wont start or download itself. Inaccessible entirely.
What are you trying to do?
Open/Use FiveM.
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Initially I tried to reinstall FiveM, after that didn’t work I made sure to thoroughly remove FiveM, including the Citizen folder in AppData/Local, then attempted a reinstall, only to get the same error in addition to FiveM refusing to install in its entirety. I also made sure GTA V was fully installed through Steam and that it functions properly, which it does. FiveM is the only thing being non-cooperative.

What did you do to get this issue?
