FiveM will immediately shut off my PC once I load into a server

I tried deleting content_index.xml and it did not work. It fixed it for about 5 minutes, but then my PC shut off again. Hard cut to lights off, no warning at all.

Sounds like more of a overheating issues then anything else.

Perhaps fill out the whole support template.

It said “If you cannot start your game at all” which is why I didn’t fill it out.

It may be an overheating issue, but that still must trace back to FiveM, because it doesnt occur in even regular GTA V.

And, from what I can tell from monitoring temps, my PC doesnt get hot enough to warrant one. I stay at around 140-150 CPU and 120-130ish GPU

If your system just turns off instantly, it’s likely your PSU’s overcurrent protection being triggered. Not a software problem at all, any heavy enough workload would probably cause that.
