I am streaming weapon replacements (.YDR, .YTD)
What server did you get this issue on?
My test server

Also add what you already tried so far.
Deleted server/fiveM cache, restarted server

Look’s like a broken weapon texture. Find another one for your carbine rifle, or fix the texture.
