After Fivem downloads it states.
And after it gives me the error listed above.

Deleted each time by me
.dmp files/report IDs
I deleted these aswell each time as fourms stated.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes fully disabled fire wall windows defender and any antivirus soft ware.
Also add what you already tried so far.
Ive reviewed several fourm posts related to the issue with little to no resolve. Everyone disabled their antivirus and it worked. Or it was a problem with the fivem servers at that time. Currently everything seems to be fine exept the specific file inside the fivem update as you can see listed first right here.
I can wait and see how it goes after a few days of this post being here. I believe i filled everything out and installed downloaded everything appropriately . Please assist if possible!

Using hideme vpn service bypassed my issue immediately, sorry for the extra post i hope this helps somebody.
