Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Windows defend
Also add what you already tried so far.
delelte CitzenFX from %appdata%
delete Fivem from RegEdit
Run FiveM as admin
Restart PC
verify GTA V files

I also appear to be having the same issue as you, my FiveM just flickers on a 0. 87mb update and I cant do anything with it

Same issue here, all legit. Removed fiveM cuz of constant crashes with no errors and reinstalled. The install never finishes, just creates CitizenFX.exe.temp file over and over again. As said above the .87MB update cycles to fast to screenshot, if needed we can make a video.
Same here, just adding for visibility.
same issue just adding for urgency lol like a idiot i uninstalled it thinking i could reinstall it big mistake

Please go ahead and try again, there was an issue with Cloudflare that was recently reviewed and should be fixed.
