I think so.It’s possibly the * Disable Community Content * option because it prevents the loading of community files.

Bumping this after a shit ton of tries and solution, this bullshit never goes away.I tried the following:
Updating to Windows 10
Reinstalling my GPU drivers multiple times
Turning on vsync in the settings in fivem
Reinstalling gta 5
reinstalling fivem
reinstalling steam
Wiping out both my drives

I have no idea what to do anymore to fix this bullshit.FiveM has officially become insanely stupid.
