FiveM UI Lagging/Stuttering

Basically, FiveM whenever i load up the app and use the menus to select a server to join the UI will be very laggy and stuttery, but once im in game it plays 100% ok

its not a hardware issue as im able to play gta 5 on ultra with steady 120 frames
my specs are

  • Nividia 2080 Super
  • i9700 processor
  • 16GB RAM

the app still works it just lags when choosing what server to join which is a pain

Can you capture a .etl trace log of this?

For my know, ENB will cause the UI lagging, when I disable the ENB effect, my UI butter smooth.

where can i disable the enb effect because i have this problem aswelll its really laggy

Using Shift+Enter to open the menu, then click off the “UseEffect”
