Hi,

I am in the process of organizing to set up a cops and robbers server on FiveM. I would like to monitize the server.

I am thinking of setting up a 3 tier system

  • standard
  • silver
  • gold

Standard ia like the free account where you can sign up and just play

I would like to offer my playerbase more than that through silver and gold tiers.

Standard as follows

  • 1.5KG inventory capacity
  • 10,000 starting money
  • 1% saving interests

Silver as follows

  • inherits standard tier with additional
  • 1.5KG inventory (3KG in total)
  • 1 name change token
  • 2% saving interests
  • Silver role in discord

Gold as follows

  • Inheritance Silver tier with additional
  • 3.5KG extra inventory (5KG in total)
  • 4 name change tokens
  • 3% saving interests
  • Gold role in discord

As long as you use Tebex to set up the “tiers”, you shouldn’t be in any kind of trouble. TOS/PLA doesn’t regulate what the tier can and cannot be, outside of some exceptions, so be sure to read it prior to doing anything anyway

Also what about merch stuff like mugs, T-shirt etc

Would i be ablt to sell merch luke mugs and T-shurt etc…

That goes outside of what’s covered by the TOS/PLA (and you wouldn’t use Tebex for merch, anyway), so suit yourself.
