Fivem thinks that dlcs not exists but all are exists

A few weeks ago i re-install my gta V after it didn’t want to update and now when i want to connect it with fivem , fivem tellings me that

so i tried to uninstall and install again gta and fivem (about 10 times) but any of those apps don’t want to connect to each other because of the same problem

Load into GTA Online first, without FiveM, when it loads successfully at least once you should be good
