FiveM, Stuck on social Club & wont install

First off, My FiveM is stook on the social club

It wont make a directory, it used to work fine but then I had to re install it, It also uses 0% of CPU wen I try to run it ?

Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? !0 PRo
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

System specifications AMD 8 Core Processor, 16 GB ram
What did you do to get this issue? don’t know, it was working fine, it then just started
What server did you get this issue on? None

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Windows 10 has a defult one, I dont have one installed

Also add what you already tried so far. I have re installed FiveM multipul times
