FiveM stuck on Could not locate the Rockstar Games Launcher Process forever

What is the issue you’re having?

When i launch fiveM, it stays stuck on connecting to rockstar games services, and then crashes and give this error
127 Could not locate the Rockstar Games Launcher Process!
If you are running it as administrator, please launch it as a regular user.

its been a few days i need help with this

i played fiveM for a few months and then a few days ago i try to play and it doesnt work

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

I reinstalled FiveM completely
I deleted the FiveM cache folder
I verified GTA V game files on Steam
I reinstalled the Rockstar Games Launcher
I launched Steam and Rockstar without admin permissions
I set the correct game path manually to GTA5.exe
I disabled antivirus and firewall
I made sure GTA V runs perfectly outside FiveM
