Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Reinstalling GTA V and FiveM, Allowing FiveM threw Windows defender and my anti-virus program. And pretty much any solution I could find on the internet.

Are you sure you disabled all antivirus software, this issue is mostly caused by antivirus (source)

Disabled windows defender and malewarebytesm those are the two antivirus softwares i have.

add your fivem folder to exception list because antivirus software will run even if you disable it

Yes, i’ve done it. Addad all of the programs to exception list in windows defender and malewarebytes.

Does windows say windows defender is actually disabled? the regedit trick DOES still work to turn it off as i use it all the time at home and at my shop for people who dont want it on.

if you’re on a laptop, make it use your discrete GPU.

Hello! No, I’m not using a Laptop. I have however already tried that method as well.

This issue has nothing to do with discrete GPU, this issue is caused by antivirus

I don’t see how since I’ve tried turning off windows defender, and my antivirus program (Malwarebytes) and putting the program in exception list for both.
