FiveM stuck in an update loop

when opening fiveM client it starts to update but only reaches this point http://prntscr.com/lhij94 and then starts looping

**Up to date? yes
**Legit or Pirate copy? legit
**Steam/CD/Social Club? CD
**Windows version? windows 10 pro with latest updates
**Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes
**Error screenshot (if any) n/a
System specifications i7 930 @2.8ghz / gtx 770 2gig / 12gig ram
What did you do to get this issue? I’ve not played for like 3 days and have made no changes
What server did you get this issue on? N/A

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

Also add what you already tried so far. - I have tried deleting all fiveM data folders etc and reinstalling but it just goes straight into a update loop.

I can provide the relevant logs if needed, but was searching for a similar issues to my own and came across this thread. I’m having the exact same issue

Fivem Update is flickering and wont install ( tested for 10min ) FiveM Client Support
