Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes, it didn’t help me.

When you start FiveM, it opens in 800x600 resolution and that’s it, the menu is not visible, you can hear the melody that it launches. Very rarely, it starts in the resolution set by GTA 5 and then you can play it. Nothing helps. I tried cleaning the cache, reinstalling GTA and FiveM, reinstalling windows
