Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes, also added exceptions in windows defender.

Further Explanation
Launching FiveM will start the process (viewable in task manager) and launch social club. Once social club exits, the entire application exits (all FiveM processes terminate)
Additional Information

  • I do have Hyper-V enabled on my system, and the default scheduler changed (as to allow me to allot resources to the VM). Removing Hyper-V is not really an option due to my work.
  • FiveM does work in singleplayer mode

Attempted Fixes
Thus far I have deleted the cache folder, deleted application data, redownloaded FiveM, and reinstalled. Also added exceptions in Windows Defender for FiveM.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So, i tried a few things. I verified the game cache through steam, disabled nvidia shadowplay and put the command in the CitizensFX.ini, I terminated a bunch of background tasks, tried a different directory. None of that worked. Social club launches, then immediately closes. I can run GTA:O and GTA Story mode fine through steam.

Going to spool up a clean VM and put GTA and FiveM on it. Hopefully, if an application is blocking the process, a sandbox environment will fix it. Will edit this comment with results

[EDIT]
Didnt end up working. Probably due to Hyper-V. i dont know where else to check
