What did you do to get this issue? Recently updated GTA V and scripthookV, tried to start FiveM. FiveM updated its caches, steam said it was running and nothing happened…

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No - Already excluded FiveM from AV

Also add what you already tried so far.
Disabled scripthook. Restarted Steam. Nada.
