Fix. Worked for me.
1. Download fivem-master.rar from the above link.
2. Extract using winrar.
3. Locate file gameconfig.xml in fivem-master\data\client\citizen\common-sp\data
4. Open FiveM Application data in C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\FiveM
5. Locate gameconfig.xml in FiveM.app\citizen\common-sp\data and move that file to a safe place.
6. Open the fivem-master folder and copy - paste the gameconfig.xml file into fivem application data.
Then just launch FiveM single player and it should load right on up. Temp fix until update is released.
