The problem is client sided 100% Everytime I want to open chat or open the speed radar menu it will take about 30sec to load in. Also The radar wont work properly and the chat takes ages. I tried reinstalling Fivem, update GTA and I have no visuals installed. Everything is stock. This happened before and it kinda fixed itself. Now it happened again

I was recently sent this as a possible solution to your issue:

Try doing cl_drawperf 1 in your F8 console - if that does not help, limit your FPS.

Be sure to clear your cache just in case as well.

I will try that. What exactly does the command do?
