Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? already disabled

Tried Reinstalling GTA 5, tried deleting every file pertaining to fivem and gta, tried restarting my pc. Tried verifying integrity even after clean install with only FiveM downloaded. FiveM server list populated the first time I loaded up FiveM but hasn’t since the first time I opened it.
