Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?: yes, exceptions are set for whole directory (FiveM & Rockstar)

interesting is, as it can be seen in the logs, FiveM_ROSLauncher is searching for the Rockstar Games Launcher in a false directory on C:.… but the game itself is located at D:. Can´t find a file to config the ROS_Launcher. Is there a way to show him the right directory ?

Launch into the base GTAV (without FiveM) once, RGL is always installed on the C: drive when you do so - there’s no way to move it, at least as far as I know.

Unfortunately it didn’t help
