FiveM Rockstar Launcher verify integrity of GTA V files, and FiveM won't install/update

What is the issue you’re having?

Hey guys, my English isn’t very good so I’ll use Google Translate to translate the conversation. I’m having a problem with my FiveM. Suddenly, from one day to the next, my FiveM stopped opening. It starts loading, runs the Rockstar Launcher, and says that my GTA V is corrupted and that I should run an integrity check on Steam. I’ve already checked and it didn’t solve the problem. I’ve reinstalled all the relevant programs—Steam, Rockstar Launcher, FiveM—watched countless YouTube tutorials, and nothing has worked. After reinstalling FiveM, it starts installing, downloads a few MB, and then closes. I installed FiveM on my laptop and it installed and ran normally. For a final test, I copied the already installed FiveM from my laptop to my PC, and the error persisted—the Rockstar Launcher saying that GTA V is corrupted. The strangest thing is that when I open GTA V in story mode, it opens; the error only appears when I try to open FiveM. I don’t know what to do. I’ve already described everything I’ve tried to solve this, and nothing has worked. I’d like to know if anyone has any ideas on how I can fix this problem, since FiveM is my favorite game and I would be very upset if I couldn’t play it anymore.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Reinstalling Stream, Rockstar Launcher, FiveM, disabling antivirus and firewall.

What server did you get this issue on?

I wasn’t playing on any server.

Windows version

Windows 11 Pro

System specifications

Intel Core i7-12700
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090

Antivirus software

Microsoft Defender

Additional comments

After unsuccessfully trying to install FiveM again, I decided to try using a VPN to see if, with my computer located in another country, I could make some progress, but even then I was unsuccessful.

Can you try doing this? (I’m assuming you have GTA 5, Steam, R*, FiveM installed back)
Open the NVIDIA App.
Click the Settings button on the left side.
Find the “Game filters and Photo Mode” setting.
Disable that setting (turn the setting button from green to grey)

If that doesn’t work can you send a screenshot of the error or a video/clip?

Hi, this didn’t solve my problem. I never used NVIDIA’s game filters because I always thought they were useless, so they weren’t even enabled in the NVIDIA application. Below I’ll attach a screenshot of the error that appears in the Rockstar Launcher when FiveM tries to open GTA V.
