Hello, So I am having an Issue with FiveM client. Currently everytime I start and open FiveM on my new PC, it suddenly brings me to a Rockstar launcher, And then prompts me to verify an email that is not mine. I have reached out to Rockstar to no avail. And since they’re nothing but AI slop and chat bots with 0 help whatsoever, I am now leading towards FiveM to assist me, I have uninstalled my entire save file on steam with the Legacy Edition (This just started happening when I got my new PC) and I purchased another copy of Grand theft Auto Five on the actual Rockstar Launcher app, As that is the only way for me to actually open the Rockstar launcher without me needing to “Verify My Email” that is not mine. Does anyone have any solutions to this issue? For example I will show screenshots, of when i start up my FiveM, and then what it redirects me to. Again, THAT IS NOT MY EMAIL and Rockstar has provided me with 0 assistance or help in this matter. I hope that I can get some sort of assistance via this issue.
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Reinstalled FiveM
Purchased another copy of GTA File on Rockstar Launcher.
Reached out to Rockstar Support themselves.

Hi, I have the same problem and have already tried similar solutions, but unfortunately they didn’t work.
Unfortunately, FiveM support can’t help either.
Otherwise, whenever there was a different email address there, I could always close this window and a new window would automatically open where I could log in completely from scratch. But that doesn’t work anymore either.
Both of you are describing accounts that have been accessed and changed the password. This is usually because of a weak password and no 2FA enabled or you have malware on your computer.
To recover your account, you have to go through Rockstar support and tell them you have a compromised account. It’s not something Cfx can help with.
If you have a new account, you’ll need to sign out of your Rockstar Game Launcher and log in with your new account.
You might also need to clear your identifiers by doing this:
Make sure neither FiveM, nor Rockstar Games Launcher is running.
Press Win + R, enter %localappdata%\DigitalEntitlements\ and click OK
Back up all the files in there, leave them in a separate directory.
Delete all the files inside of DigitalEntitlements.
Run Grand Theft Auto V once through the relevant launcher you used to install the game with.
Your FiveM client should now use your new identifiers, provided you actually have separate licenses.
You might also have to delete %appdata%\CitizenFX\ros_id.dat which is your Rockstar Social Club identifier.
The first account you bought did you buy it legitimately through Steam, Epic, Rockstar? Not through a CDKey selling website, then redeeming it because if you did this could be a result of that. Or your account got compromised. But if you bought another copy of GTA through Rockstar Launcher, then creating new accounts (Steam) and linking them together should be fine and you should be able to play.
Try doing this and then login on the newly created account.

Hello, I have now found a workaround that worked for me.
First, I uninstalled and reinstalled FiveM and Rockstar Games, did not log in to Rockstar, and just started it up briefly until I got to the login window. Then I closed Steam so that it was off. Then I started FiveM and was able to log in with a new account, after which I logged in to Rockstar and added my already installed GTA. After that, you can start Steam again as normal and FiveM will work again.
