FiveM requires a clean installation to work correctly, remove your mods as you have a butt ton of them verify your game files and then see if whatever issue you are having continues.
FiveM also has known issues with lspdfr i would recommend having a separate install for it.
Okay make sure you have nothing called fivem on your computer then reinstall it because it sometimes tries to use the old one. If that doesn’t work then let me know.
repost a screenshot of your GTA5 directory and FiveM. also upload your citizenfx.log file and press that save information button and upload the zip file to here.
you seem to still have mods installed on your client, remove the mods folder to be sure there is no mods.
It also looks like you did not verify your game files or at least there is still pieces of a few mods left in the main directory such as advancedhookv.dll
