Unfortunately not, as distributing said files in such a way could be deemed illegal, which is why they have to be served via a P2P network. Not all files are like this of course, but some.
I have the same issue with downloading cache on redm but fivem cache download seems fine. i have a 200mbps connection and im pretty sure its not the internet but its from wherever the files are being downloaded from wether a server or a p2p thing. they need to fix this
I’ve completely disabled my firewall for this shit. It took AGES to just download the files for the launcher itself. I have a legal copy of Red Dead 2 on Steam and have FiveM installed and have played it regularly for the past two weeks.
My download speed is NEVER this slow for anything other than this app.
Please help, I really don’t want to sit and download this shit at 0.3mb/s
Don’t normally have a problem downloading thins from CFX, but i downloaded RedM today, for the first time and was really slow.
I normally download with around 50mbs so i don’t think it is my internet either.
And yes i own a legal copy of RDR2, from steam.
Have you asked your ISP to enable p2p downloads and not block them?
Can you try using a VPN?
