FiveM randomly crashing while playing

What did you do to get this issue? nothing specifically, whenever I play on any server on fivem gta roleplay i just crash sometimes for no reason like very 20 minutes and its very annoying

reinstalling gta and fivem, moving to ssd, hdd.
