FiveM random lag spikes

I have a problem for a few days i have random lag spikes on fivem and I to reinstall the fivem but still not working should reinstall gta 5? by the way it’s not a copy of gta 5.
What should I do???

GTA V version: last version.
Up to date? : yes
Legit or Pirate copy? : Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? : Steam: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198151044778/
Windows version? : 10 home.
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? : no
Error screenshot (if any) : no
System specifications : GPU: titan x pascal sli, cpu: i7-6900k, ram: 64gb.
What did you do to get this issue? : nothing
What server did you get this issue on? : all
