FiveM program doesn't link FiveM account

Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Social Club
Windows version? 7
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? It didn’t do anything.

For further context:

System specifications GTX 1060, Intel Core i7-3770, 16GB RAM, 64-bit OS
What did you do to get this issue? I just downloaded the Program, fresh start, no idea.
What server did you get this issue on? Read the header.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

I tried reinstalling it to no avail, turned off my anti-virus, switched off my plugins on Google and tried to Authorize the link which ended up on the page not changing at all from the “Authorize” buttons original page. Revoked the connection and re-did it, still didn’t work, the program didn’t detect the connection to FiveM’s website.

Please actually address this problem, I see a few people already mentioned it beforehand.
