Also add what you already tried so far.
I tried deleting cache i tried reinstalling five m i tried restarting windows and i still get stuck on 25% and when i reinstall fivem it loads me in but then the second time doesnt

Hmm, not sure everything seems to be normal other then the latency warnings but those wont break the client.

Have you tried contacting the server owners if it only happens on there server?
