As what was stated by @d0p3t on Discord, we believe it’s caused by the above system components, it’s an unfortunate known issue that is not able to be fixed at this time due to AMD.

Please allow me to copy exactly what I already said…
I’am having this issue as well. It is indeed unfortunate to have such an issue. Having plenty of other clients that run cross GTA and non GTA platforms which work normal on this concept makes it even sound like an issue which must be fixed rather than ignored ( I know it is not, but I just feel like that it is…unfortunately ).
Can’t the FivEM team approach the AMD software developers for a fix for this issue? I don’t feel like an answer of “nothing can be done” is satisfying. Rather look for solutions because I’m sure there is one.
Its mostly the older videocard that suffer with this problem from AMD.
There really isnt much you can do unless you find someone that made modified drivers which i dont believe there is.

Nope, there’s no way to do such unless you’re a big AAA studio. People (not just us) have been trying to get this fixed for years, only ending up ignored by AMD whenever posting this on their forums, bug report forms, or other channels available to the public without special partnership with AMD.
The latest on this issue can be seen around this comment, which indicates AMD is doing some really weird things to make it impossible to run the UI on the right GPU.

sadly you dont, AMD will not do much of anything about it.
sucks for AMD users on laptops and some older videocards but its sadly how it is.

Well is I think its your answer already, because so far I know is GTA Online almost the same as FiveM.
It can be possible that I am wrong, maybe someone else have an better answer!

I have the same problem in WIndows 10, playing with Pavilion dv7 with AMD Graphics card. (GTA V work fine on online and offline mode). But when i try to open FiveM , orange screen lock! How we can solve this?
its because of the AMD Graphics card, you were already told this… there is nothing that we can do.
This is a problem with AMD and there drivers.
