Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

This is a desktop not a laptop but i still tried everything i could find on the forums such as

I only have one GPU and the driver is updated.

I can run FiveM multiplayer for GTA but not story mode.

I can play regular GTA with no problems

I have the Epic Games version aswell.

Please help I think I have tried everything and it was working fine the other day.
