I already tried clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, turning graphic settings all to low, playing on windowed mode. The game freezes during gameplay, and every time it freezes it’s either I need to restart my PC or sign out of windows so that I can exit FiveM. When playing on windowed mode I can have access to Task Manager and what’s indicated on task manager is “FiveM Not Responding”.

Nope. I got tired of fixing the problem. FiveM is the only game that I have that has issues. I just started playing my other games again.
