FiveM opens but games won’t start. I can see the image of the city. The image changes colors…greenish to yellowish, to orangish in color.

I have a desktop. Also I can’t even close the game. The only way to stop it from running is by restarting computer. Once back computer boots up…I click on FiveM and the same thing happens.
