I don’t know if bumping is allowed, but I really want to get this to work and I’m kinda running out of options
upload your log file, not enough information for anyone to assist you with.
As in, the CitizenFX.log file? I copy-pasted its contents into the post already, but if you need the whole file then here you go.
CitizenFX.log (77 Bytes)
I don’t have any other .log files on the FiveM App Data folder, so I guess that’s the one you’re talking about.
(After the multiple forceful restarts of the program I did, multiple CitizenFX.log files showed up -Figuring as CitizenFX.log.2, CitizenFX.log.3, CitizenFX.log.4. - I opened them up with Notepad++ and it had the same contents than the original CitizenFX.log file. But here’s CitizenFX.log.2, I wanted to post the rest but theres a max of 2 attachments per post)
CitizenFX.log (77 Bytes)
If anything else is needed to be clarified or explained, just say so.
I actually fixed it on my own. If anyone has the same problem in the future, here’s my fix:
-
Completly uninstall GTA V (Select uninstall on Steam, afterwards go to Steam/Steamapps/common and make sure the Grand Theft Auto V folder isn’t there. If it is, delete it. Finally, go to Documents/Rockstar -Store your save file if you don’t have it on the cloud- and delete the GTA V folder there)
-
Completly uninstall FiveM (just delete the source FiveM folder)
- Clean your trashbin (I mean, you dont have to do this but y’know dont store things on your trashbin, that’s bad for your disk space)
- Re-install GTA V
- Start it once (until you can actually move/play)
- Install FiveM
- Make sure to make an exception for the FiveM installer in Avast if anything pops up (Dunno if its actually a virus but don’t care enough to check it)
- Follow the normal FiveM installation
Badaboom now it works
