What is the issue you’re having?
Hi, I really need help with this issue.
My FiveM used to work perfectly. I got a 7-day ban a while ago (which I already served), and everything worked fine again after that.
But now, after formatting my PC, FiveM won’t launch at all — it doesn’t even appear in Task Manager anymore.
Here’s what I’ve already done:
- Reinstalled FiveM over 10 times from the official site.
- Deleted %localappdata% and %appdata% folders (FiveM and CitizenFX).
- Formatted my PC and installed a fresh copy of Windows 11.
- Downloaded and updated all drivers: GPU, chipset, network, etc.
- Disabled all antivirus and Windows Defender features.
- Tried running FiveM as Administrator, and also in compatibility modes.
- Tried using a different FiveM account — same issue.
- Tried my own FiveM account on another PC — works fine.
- Even tried logging into a friend’s account with FiveM Prime and it also doesn’t open on my PC.
When I delete adhesive.dll
, the game shows the “No authentication ticket” error (which is expected). But when I put the DLL back, it simply doesn’t launch — not even as a background process.
I believe there’s something in my system/hardware ID that’s blocking FiveM from even starting, but I don’t understand why. I didn’t cheat, I didn’t modify anything — I just formatted my PC and it stopped working.
It’s been 4 days without being able to play. Please help me figure out what’s going on.
