Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Don’t have any AV + Turn off Firewall nothing change

Also add what you already tried so far: Reinstall FiveM and GTA several times and ) clearing cashes and fivem folders

You’ll need a clean gta v installation. Try removing reshade…
