Sure, if you donate to the project so we can buy a scrap Socket 775 system that does support Windows 7, we could. However, as said, none of our developers can even run Windows 7, so we can’t.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Don’t have anti-virus
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes, completely reinstalled FiveM

System specifications idk how to check pc specs but i can run GTA V and FiveM fine.

Also add what you already tried so far: I tried removing Scripts/mods froms GTA V folder and reinstalled FiveM. Reinstalled .NET Framework 4

I guess if you have windows 7 like me we might be waiting for a real fix.
Try downloading .Net Framework 4.0 from the provided link and repairing the installation (click on repair).
Fixed the issue on my local Win 7 PC.
